Craigslist We will set you apart of Craigslist by creating a professional “V-Flyer” for your property.
Social Sites We maximize your exposure by creating a "widget" for your property and placing on social sites such as Twitter, Facebook, Blogger ect.
Leased Units remain Listed on our For LEASE_RENT web page with Interior and Exterior Photos, Interactive Maps to locate Property Area for out of Town Renters. Interested Renters will be placed on our Waiting List for available Units.
Tenant Screening includes:
1. Instant Credit Decision 2. PATH - Previous Address Tenant History 3. Telecheck Verification: Verify Funds are Available of First Months Lease/Rent and Deposit before Tenant moves in. 4. Statewide Eviction History 5. Statewide Criminal History OR Nationwide Criminal History 6.Tenant Registry: Frequently needed for delinquent or problem tenants. The Tenant Registry is an exclusive service and is updated daily. It is a nationwide database of tenants that have been reported to for chronic non-payment of rent, causing property damage, using fraudulent information on applications or creating a disturbance on the property and causing damage.
Rate Analysis - We will analyze the market and find the rental rates that will make you the most money
Lease Administration - Whether it’s billing and collection or tenant screening, we will handle it for you
Building Maintenance - We will make sure your properties are clean and operating efficiently at all times
