12 month lease= 1 month of rental amount, 24 month lease= 1 1/2 months of rental amount, 36 month lease= Call for Quote
For those Property Owners looking for well qualified Tenant/Buyers to Lease with The Option to Purchase Commission Agreement is as follows:
12 month lease= 1 month of rental amount, 24 month lease= 1 1/2 months of rental amount, 36 month lease= Call for Quote. At the end of the lease term when the Tenant Purchases your property all of the Lease Commission Paid will be deducted from the Industry Standard Sales Commission agreed upon.
